A piece of me!!

Hey guys!
I thought it would be a good idea to introductory post about myself. So here it goes. I am 25 years old and living in Texas. 

I am a big nerd! I love the show doctor who, Star Trek, Star Wars, lord of the rings, lost girl, once upon a time, and more. I love to drink hot tea and read a good book at the same time. 

If I can only watch 10 channels for the rest of time they would have to be BBC,Syfy, Discovery, HGTV, TLC, FX, ABC, Abc family, lifetime, and history.
 
I am a makeup and skin care junkie. I think I am have a problem because I am always wanting to buy somthing new, trying out new looks. 

I live to bake and cook I am a foodie big time. I love cooking and learning new thing to make and alway wanting to try new food..!

Simple Skin Care Tips!!

Hello!! Here are some really easy steps to follow and to do to get yourself on to a skin care regiment. This will work for any skin type from acne , oily skin to dry, sensitive skin. Just keep close mind what products you are using.
Here we go
1. Cleanse your face 2 times a day. To get makeup off and any type of debris that get on the skin durning the day and night. Use lightly warm water.
2. 2 to 3 times a week use a facial scrub. This will help get ride of any dead and dulling skin and helps bright your skin up. With doing this only 2 to 3 times a week you give your skin a chance to get back to where it should be. Doing this more ( everyday with the brush) can be ver bad for you skin unless instructed by a skin therapist or a derm. There are a products that are there for every day use but even then follow to the tee what the directions say. Use a cleanser with the scrub in it when you buy it isn't great to use every day ( my thoughts)
3. Use a toner. Using a tone with out alcohol will help bring your skin back to is natural ph balance level and get you skin ready for moisturizer. Plus it works really well during the day to just help you feel refreshed.
4. Use your target treatments as the directions state and not to over use either.
5. Use a moisturizer every day and night. Even if you have oily skin or acne. Using and oil free moisturizer will help keep and put the moisture the skin needs back in to the skin.
6. Use and eye cream. To help hydrate the eye area and to keep it looking good. It will help. With dryness and puffiness 
7.Use a sunscreen every day!! At least a 25 or better. Being in your makeup is not good enough! This products the skin and helps from getting brown spots later too.
8.Don't pick!! At anything a pimple, black head, white head, anything. This can lead to scarring, infection and pigmentation. Just don't!!
9. Drink 6- 8 8 oz of water a day!! If you drink coffee , soda, grown up drinks an tea add two glass of water put one of those. They dehydrate the skin. Water help your skin looking healthy and great and it's what the body needs.
10 Get facials if and when need. These are deep cleaning for the face and we are trained to extractions and coming to see a estie you can get a great deep cleaning and the right products that you should be using from your skin need to be where you want it to be!!
